Fallin Off The Face of the Planet!

Hey all you Bloggers!! Seriously I know I am now the worst person at keeping in touch! Please dont be mad!! Life is so crazy and hectic right now on our family and were all just learning to juggle it! I think just about everyone is mad at me for not keeping in touch! I AM WORKING ON IT!! And I need to do better! So to quickly touch base with you all and hopefully i can make this a weekly thing to update it... The Kids and I are living in Colorado! Carter is in school and loves it! Although no one can top his school he went to in Manti its still a good thing. Chasee is totally living her little life to the fullest takimg every chance she can to escape or get into trouble! I love it! They are such good kids and I miss them every second I am working! Its so hard going from a Stay at home Mom to an Overtime working mother! I know i have to do what i've got to but its is so unbelievably hard! I find myself crawling into bed late at night when they are sleeping just to hold them. Luckily they have such a Wonderful Grandma Moore who has basically quit her job to be home with them when i am not! We are so blessed! I could never make it through this life with out the Lord carrying me through it step by step!!
Cole is so busy with School, work and Manti Football (Which by the way i think are going to take STATE!! Woo!) But he is such a wonderful Father and includes the kids in everyway possible! They absolutely love going to see him and getting that time with him! They miss Grandma and Grandpa Denton like no other!! They are just the greatest Grandparents any kid could ever have! Luckily we are only three hours away and hopefully once I get control on this new job we can adjust more easily and make it so much better for the whole entire family!!

Boy's night out!

SO lately Cole has been working in Arizon for the Walmart assistant management training program. He fly's home, spends Saturday with us and then Flys back out every week! Its getting so wearing! Ha ha. But I had a super fun idea for him and Carter to bond this weekend!
I kicked the boys out of the house with the tent and TV and they watched movies all night and camped right behind the Apartments! It was the cutest thing ever! I guess it got a little cold at night but Cole could NOT talk Carter into coming in! So they made it the whole night and ate snacks and popcorn and just partied! How cute huh!!

View from my window:)

Chasee playing and then saying good night

The boys cuddling and bonding AWWW! but its too dard to see :)

We had to put it behing the apartments to the extention cord out the window would make the TV work!!

SO SO SO FUN!!

Blessings and Testimonies!

Okay as some of you know, this January we were considering very heavily taking a job in Ogden to make more money and was something Cole would have loved doing. Then he was approached by Walmart and they offered him an assistant management position when one opened. Which was not only a big compliment to him and his work ability but also it meant we wouldn't have to leave E town! We prayed about it and decided to stay here in Ephraim because that was something totally unexpected!
Time went on and we knew there would be an opening come May and we kept getting updates and encouragement from Walmart, so we thought it was a forsure deal. Then this passed month we found out that when this assistant manager left the Ephraim store they wouldn't be filling the position because they were over staffed here. It was a huge dissapointment! Cole started to get a bit discouraged but for some reason I was ok with the news. I knew that the Lord had a plan for us and what ever it may be it would be best for us. After all we were doing all we could right? We read our scriptures daily, We pay tithing, and For the first time last month I did a full fast. Normally I get really sick and have to keep fluids in me the whole time but I decided to go full out for the blessings.
My main focus in prayer has been our finances. As was the case in my fasting.
So even though we had this set back I was confident in the outcome even though we had no clue what was in store for us anymore.
Later I had realised. I took out on paper my tithing but never actually paid so the money was spent. I began to freak out! "Cole this is why were not doing so hot with our money (it seems like we have more money or it goes farther when we do pay it). and this is why Walmart is over staffed'! He kind of just laughed at me and said ya ok honey. I told him to go pay the tithing even if it means we go in the hole! Well he did. And come sunday I fasted again, because I had missed April's fast sunday.
Then While in Colorado I get this random phone call from Cole saying they were opening the assistant management position and that he had put in for it. I got a little excited but not daring to get my hopes up i grabbed Jennee and the kids and we sat down and said a family prayer. The VERY NEXT DAY Cole called and had the Job!! YEA!! So here is my testimony to all! Paying your tithing works! Along with fasting a prayer. And its so fun and exciting to know that for my self now! You always hear others saying it but until you actually apply it in your own life you dont quite get the full on understanding of the Gospel its truth and all the many blessings that come with it!

A week in Colorado!

This week we went to Colorado to spend the week with my little sister Jennee while my parents went on a CES retreat! We are so happy to be home but absolutely LOVE spending time with the family! The kids Especially had fun with their favorite aunt Jennee. (They love her because she acts like she is one of them.)

The kids absolutely love bonding with Papa! He is just the greatest to play with them!

Tackling Papa!

Chasee trying to tackle Papa. Ha!

Everyday I gave Jennee one job while the parentals were away...
Day 1: Pooper scooper! Cleaning up all of the doggy poop in the back yard that has accumulated over the winter. My reasoning behind it- So I could lay out and the kids could play with out the fear of stepping in it.

She even tried Golfing with it! Yea, that didn't work so much!

So she went back to the shovel, and Carter took over the Golfing

Carter taking his turn at Pooper Scooper!

Wednesday is garbage day and i went to get the garbages and one was gone! Major wind storm took it away. So we drove all around the neighborhood looking for it. Finally we found it at the neighborhood park, all cracked and destroyed!

Carter found MaGa's tanning glasses!

Chasee decided MaGa's tanning glasses were the coolest! And took them every where she went the rest of the trip!

At the park.

At Jennee's softball practice

The girls flocking to Carter! Ha ha

and this is the end of our trip!
