Pizza!

For Lunch today the kids and I made Pizza's. When ever I make homemade pizza there is always leftovers. So we took totilla's and put the sauce on and the kids did their own cheese and toppings. They thought it was the coolest thing ever! And they were so proud of their Master Piece's!

**Ways to Feel Better**

1. Do 1 thing a day that you've been procrastinating.
2. Take a vitamin.(also those emergenC's packets are great for energy[all natural minerals)
3. Exercise 3x a week.(even going on a walk together with out baby is nice)
4. Read some scriptures daily.
5. Eat healthy. (especially snacks)
6. Try Ginseng. (not too close to bed time)
7. Give a complement
8. Have regular sleep habits. (early to bed - early to rise)
9. Drink water first when you are hungary or starting a headache
10. Fix your self up when you wake up. You'll feel better when you look better.
11. Pray for strength to get up and accomplish something.
12. Smile more - even if nobody is there.
13. Turn on some uplifting music for an hour a day - instead of reading and watching t.v. Dance, Sing and Clean to it.
14. Do something nice for your husband.
15. Make someone happy in passing.
16. Make sure you attend all your meetings. (You'll feel better because you are where you should be and will interact with people)
17. Do something really well and share it with your husband.
18. Don't burn bridges - hold your tongue and pray for guidance.
19. Think Temple.
20. Re-straighten and add to what you did the day before. Small steps.

*** Celebrate what you did accomplish - don't dwell on what you didn't.
